Jouni is an experienced public and private company CEO and board member. He specializes in transforming and turning around international technology companies. Jouni has over 25 years of executive-level experience working in Europe, Asia and the Americas within five industrial sectors. He has particularly deep competence in all aspects of the machine tool industry having run multiple firms in this area. Jouni has led numerous large-scale restructuring projects as a senior executive that generated high and long-term sustainable value for shareholders. As a commercially savvy entrepreneur with Finnish pragmatism, he brings no-frills hard-facts clarity to difficult situations.

Andros is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of technology management and international business leadership experience. He has managed over 200 high-impact business strategy, restructuring and operational improvement projects in over 60 companies, in more than 30 industries and 15 countries. Andros works with the board and management to identify and implement changes that increase value. His hands-on, pragmatic approach enables timely results. Andros is a trusted adviser to numerous banks, CEO’s and private equity funds.
